Dietitian and Nutrition Services
At Birmingham Gastroenterology, we believe digestive health is about more than medical treatment. The food you eat and how you nourish your body play an essential role. That is why we partner with Danielle Gersmehl, RD, LDN, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and founder of Starmer Nutrition, to provide personalized nutrition counseling for our patients. Danielle offers both in-person appointments at our office in Homewood and convenient online video consultations.
