Carrie Rothermel, MD
Dr. Carrie Rothermel graduated from the University of Pittsburg with a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology. She received her MD from Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Virginia Health System. She completed her fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Alabama-Birmingham.
She is a member of the American College of Physicians, American Medical Association, American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition. She is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Dr. Rothermel joined BGA in August 2022.
